Tokenizace.cz — since 2020

Right now.

Just like 1995 — when those who took the internet seriously now dominate the global economy. Tokenization is this wave. The decision is being made right now.

The window of opportunity is opening now

Thirty years ago, people bought domain names for a few dollars. Some had no idea the internet would replace newspapers, banks, shops, and communication. We know how it ended. Tokenization is exactly that wave — only this time we see it coming. Right now is the moment when small and large companies alike can gain a lead that won't be caught up with.

wideweb3.com

Preparing a company for this shift does not mean hiring a dozen specialists and paying for each hour separately. The external service 'Digital Capital Readiness' on wideweb3.com guides the company through 18 steps — from documentation and identity to regulatory compliance — in a structured manner and at a fraction of the cost. The result is a ready documentation foundation for further assessment by an advisor or regulator — not a finished licence or investment recommendation.

Open wideweb3.com

The ‘Digital Capital Readiness’ service is provided externally on the wideweb3.com platform operated by the operator of this portal; Tokenizace.cz is an information portal and does not itself provide this service or guarantee its outcome.

What tokens enable for companies, people, and AI agents

AI agents execute transactions

Tokens are the fuel of AI agents. Without tokens, agents cannot autonomously issue commands, pay for services, or manage your company's assets.

Governance without paperwork

Voting, dividends, decisions — all on-chain. Owners have full visibility of every transaction from anywhere in the world, in real time.

Surgically clean transactions

B2B payments, trade settlement, cross-border transfers — in seconds, not days. No middlemen, no errors.

New markets and investors

Tokenized shares open access to investors who currently cannot reach your market at all. Fractional ownership changes the rules of the game.

Who tokenizace.cz was built for

Companies and entrepreneurs

Want to run your company more efficiently, have real-time visibility, and prepare for a world where AI agents need tokens to work? Tokenizace.cz is your foundation.

Managers and CFOs

MiCA regulation brought clear rules. The question isn't whether to tokenize — the question is whether you'll be first, or the ones catching up.

Developers and AI teams

Tokens are the native currency of AI agents. Every autonomous system you want to deploy needs a token environment.

tokenizace.cz

Six years at the frontier

Tokenizace.cz was founded in 2020 — at a time when nobody in the Czech Republic was studying tokenization. Since then it has delivered hundreds of analyses, daily briefings, a company and tools database, and regulatory overviews from EU to USA. Not because we believe in it — but because the data says so clearly.

Agent-driven project

Tokenizace.cz is gradually transitioning to agent-driven development and operations — including a full audit — following the Genesis One architecture. Routine decisions, coordination, and quality control are handled by a team of digital agents with their own identity, mandate, and audit trail; final decisions and accountability always remain with a human.

Agent-driven management means that part of the project work — planning, oversight, technical and legal supervision, financial discipline — is performed by specialized digital agents, each with a clearly defined mandate and their own verifiable identity (BlockID). The model is the Genesis One architecture, in which the agent layer functions as a managed, auditable component of operations, not as a replacement for human decision-making. The agents of tokenizace.cz are managed digital roles within DAOUBO DAO, LLC — they are not legal entities and do not act outside their mandate. Any decision outside the mandate is escalated up the hierarchy by the agent; the final word always belongs to a human.

How the agent team is organized

The structure follows the principle of clear escalation: each agent has a superior layer to which it reports, and ultimate decision-making authority remains with a human.

Level 1 — Human
UBO Agent (human principal)

Highest escalation level. Represents the actual owner and the ultimate human authority over the entire agent system. All unresolved strategic risks and critical decisions are escalated here.

Level 2 — Independent oversight
Board Council Layer (Beata, Henry, Thomas)

Independent oversight layer, reports to UBO Agent. Reviews strategic, technical, and validation decisions before they become binding.

Level 3 — Executive layer
C-Level Layer (Roland, Victor, Clare, Rose)

Executive layer, reports to Board Council and escalates to UBO Agent. Manages daily executive agenda within its mandate (operations, finance, technology, law).

escalation direction

A C-Level layer agent decides independently only within its mandate; anything exceeding the mandate is forwarded to Board Council. Board Council reviews, challenges, and in case of unresolved risk escalates to UBO Agent — the human principal whose decision is final.

Agents are digital roles within DAOUBO DAO, LLC. Ultimate decision-making authority remains with a human.

Governance and audit anchor

The agents of DAOUBO DAO, LLC will be gradually bound to a public governance and audit smart contract on the Base network — as a shared anchor for verifying agent identity and recording governance decisions. This is a gradually built process, not a completed live state: currently the contract serves as a publicly verifiable address and declared purpose to which the agent layer connects over time.

Target architecture: Genesis One OS

Genesis One OS is the target architecture of the ecosystem to which tokenizace.cz gradually connects as an information portal. It is a pro-regulatory architecture linking companies, institutions, and supervisory bodies on a single infrastructure — designed to report to institutions in compliance with laws and regulation and to store data in permissioned open ledgers, identity blockchains, and tokenization and distribution rails.

Genesis One OS is built as a regulator-first system: roles, processes, and rules are defined before the technology that executes them. Transaction and identity data are stored in permissioned (access-controlled) ledgers — open to authorized parties, not to everyone — and in identity blockchains that verify who acts without replacing the role of the regulator. Tokenization and distribution rails connect the issuance of digital assets with their actual distribution to institutions and investors, in compliance with regulation standards applicable to the given jurisdiction.

The goal of the architecture is for relevant institutions to have a verifiable, auditable record of activity available — rather than having to reconstruct it after the fact. This includes automated audits and continuous monitoring designed to meet the requirements of applicable regulation.

Who the architecture is relevant for

Genesis One OS is designed as shared infrastructure for a wide range of participants in the financial and regulatory ecosystem:

Banks and financial companies — connection to permissioned ledgers and tokenization rails in compliance with banking regulation.
Depositories — records and settlement of tokenized assets with an auditable trail.
Traditional exchanges and trading venues — connecting existing market infrastructure with tokenized instruments.
IT vendors and technology companies — integration of own solutions into a regulation-oriented architecture.
Companies — preparation of own documentation, identity, and products for tokenized operations.
Supervisory institutions — central banks, ESMA, and similar bodies, for which the architecture provides a reporting and supervisory view of ecosystem activity corresponding to their regulatory role.

The listing of institution types describes the intended purpose of the architecture, not confirmed partnerships, approvals, or endorsements by the institutions mentioned.

Legal notice on the agent layer

The agents described in this section are managed digital roles within DAOUBO DAO, LLC — they are not legal entities and do not act outside their mandate. The described link to a smart contract represents a gradually built process toward the target architecture, not a completed or fully operational state. BlockID® is a trademark owned by XIXOIO Ltd. Genesis One OS is the target architecture of the ecosystem operated within XIXOIO/WideWeb3; tokenizace.cz is an information portal that is gradually connecting to this architecture and reporting on its development — it does not operate the architecture, does not guarantee it, and does not assure its outcome. Nothing in this section constitutes investment advice, an offer of investment services, or a promise of returns.
